Yesterday, I mentioned that my credit is basically keeping me from getting a car. The problem is that I really need to get a new car. At least that’s what I’m thinking. I love the car I’m driving right now, but it’s close to twenty years old (it’s an ‘89). I’m starting to have some mechanical problems with it, and I know absolutely nothing about cars. I’m going to have to get a lot of work done on it here soon, but it’s only worth aobut $1200. I’ll easily spend more than that getting the car back into shape.
So, the question is, what do I do? With my credit the way it is, I don’t really have many options even avialable to me. Usually at this point, I would put the steps down that I’m going to go through to get to what I want, but this time, I honestly don’t know what steps I can take. I guess the only step I can think of at the moment is to sit down and brainstorm tonight on what all I can do about my car situation.
At least I can do something, and step forward. That’s a start…
